Alford v. Greene: A Case with Far-Reaching Implications for Parents' Rights

Alford v. Greene is the first major case involving Child Protective Services to go before the United States Supreme Court in 21 years. And while the facts of the case are egregious, as John W. Whitehead points out in this week's vodcast, they pale in comparison to the government's effrontery in insisting that parents essentially forfeit their rights when they send their children to a public school.
